Illegal Activities and Misuse

The Client agrees not to use the website, associated services such as softwares any promotion activities, social media service providing or any delivered materials for any activity that violates local, national, or international laws. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:

• Hosting or distributing illegal content (e.g., copyrighted material without permission, hate speech, or pornography where prohibited)
• Engaging in fraudulent business practices
• Facilitating phishing, spamming, or malware distribution
• Violating privacy laws, including unauthorized collection of user data

Immediate Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the agreement and services immediately if the Client engages in any illegal, unethical, or prohibited activities. No refund will be provided, and legal remedies may be pursued.

Reporting to Authorities: If any illegal activity is discovered or suspected, we reserve the right to report such actions to the appropriate legal authorities and share data or evidence as required by law.

Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless our company, employees, and contractors from any claims or legal actions arising from the Client’s misuse of the website or engagement in unlawful conduct.

Content Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for all content uploaded or published through our services. Our role is strictly as a service provider, and we do not assume liability for content misuse.
